Dr Manmayoori Phatowali

Dr Manmayoori Phatowali is a Consultant – Anaesthesiology & Critical Care at Siu-Ka-Pha Multispeciality Hospital. She did her MBBS from the oldest and most prestigious AMCH, Dibrugarh. Hailing from upper Assam she always had a passion to serve the people of this region and she did her posting in Bandarkhati, MPHC for a period of 4 years. She did her MD in Anaesthesia from Silchar Medical College & Hospital.

Her expertise includes general anaesthesia, regional anaesthesia, peripheral nerve blocks, paediatric anaesthesia, difficult airway management, Pain management, ventilatory management in critically ill patient, NORA (Non Operative Room Anaesthesia). Her Area of interest is neuro anaesthesia, pain management, and difficult airway management. Along with this she is also keeping her academics updated with various conferences & seminars.

In the dreadful time of Covid-19 pandemic she served for one and half year at Silchar Medical College Covid ICU along with her routine duties. Currently she is at Siu-Ka-Pha Hospital relentlessly working in the service of critically ill patients at the medical ICU. She has also played her role as a covid warrior by being the covid care in-charge here at SSMH as a great contribution to service of humanity.

She has worked with prestigious institutions like Bandarkhati MPHC, in dept. of Anaesthesia & Critical Care in Silchar Medical College & Hospital.
